• Subscriber Service Agreement (Contract)
  Must Include:
  • Credit Scoring Agreement (Any customer using FICO scores or Bureau developed scores)
  • Describe the specific Permissible Purpose and type of business you conduct
  • Acknowledge the End User’s responsibilities under the FCRA
  • Acknowledge the End User’s responsibility for access Security
  • Certify that the client is the end user and will not further resell ONLINE’s information
• Customer Set Up Sheet (Company name and DBAs must match Service Agreement)
• Copy of current Business License displaying same name and address as that which is in the Service Agreement (If State or City does not require BL, then please provide one of following: Articles of Incorporation, Articles of Partnership, Federal Tax ID Cert., or State Tax ID Cert.)
• If Client leases office, must have copy of lease that shows same address as on Subscriber Agreement, lease length, start/end dates of lease, signature page, landlord and contact information.
• Copy of principal's drivers license*
• Obtain a business credit report or a credit report of the principal*
• Client cannot be an unauthorized user or listed as banned access by bureaus
• ONLINE will verify your business telephone number on your application (verify by internet service, print/date/initial), or copy of most recent telephone bill.
• Bank reference (from customer profile)
• Business references (from customer profile)
• Minimum of 3 Completed (Signed) rental applications or ONLINE can verify membership in local/regional/national apartment association (copy of membership)
• Signed list of all apartment complexes under management
• Copy of filed property title or copy of filed property tax records or property insurance documents from county/city/state
• Additional security requirements may apply if you are a Private Land lord working from your home
• Once this information is obtained, ONLINE will use an independent Third party investigator to perform an inspection of your offices and validate the information that you have provided.

ONLINE is unable to provide service to the following industries:

• Bail Bond Companies
• Check Cashing/ Payroll Advance Services
• Pawn Shops
• Internet People Locator Services (including Missing Children Location Services)
• Diet Centers
• Adoption Search Firms
• Credit Repair Companies and Credit Clinics
• Credit Counseling Services
• Investigation Companies (including Private Investigators, Detective Agencies)
• Attorney and Paralegal firms
• Media Agencies, News Agencies and Journalists
• Law Enforcement (Except for Employment Screening Purposes)
• Dating Services
• Tattoo Services
• Genealogy/ Heir research firms
• Massage Services
• Asset Location Services (no including Collections Agencies)
• Health clubs
• Timeshares
• Companies involved or associated with inappropriate adult content web sites and adult telephone services
• Companies wishing to resell information provided by ONLINE
• Any unauthorized candidates from the Experian, Trans Union or Equifax alert reports
